I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of PA. I have worked as a therapist since 2007, and in private practice since 2019. Therapy modalities include CBT, family systems, psychodynamic (self-awareness, insight), narrative therapy for trauma, and client-centered/interpersonal. I have treated most types of common mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, chronic trauma/PTSD, bipolar disorder, autism, children’s behavioral concerns, and family/parenting issues. I am generally of the belief that all people carry their own unique strengths and gifts.
